Owner Responsibility

– Provide a loving, safe environment with proper nutrition and regular exercise.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may void the guarantee.

Replacement Policy

In the rare event that a serious genetic condition arises during the guarantee period, and the condition is confirmed by a licensed veterinarian, we will:

– Offer a replacement puppy from a future litter (when available), or

– Provide a refund or partial reimbursement for veterinary expenses, as agreed upon.

This guarantee does not cover conditions caused by accidents, neglect, or illnesses unrelated to genetics.
